Formal underwriter and executive director of FirstTrade Securities Hong Kong, Mr Michael Woo is an expert in corporate financing and the capital markets who had helped numerous companies successfully listed publically on stock exchanges in Hong Kong, US, China, Austrilia and Singapore. Mr Michael Woo leverages his experience and network in traditional financial markets to fuel the ambitious expansion plans of USDAQ.

Jimmy Ip

CTO

Formal professor at New York University, Mr Jimmy Ip had experience in both technology and finance. Mr Ip worked at Credit Suisse Alternative Investments, EIG Hong Kong, Citigroup Financial Supply Chain, and as technology advisor and board member at numerous technology start-ups. Mr Ip is responsible for spearheading the new technology initiatives of USDAQ, propelling the exchange into the new era of TradFi + DeFi and beyond.

Joseph Xiong

Marketing Director

With over a decade of experience in finance, Mr Joseph Xiong was a professional trader at Harbor Securities LLC and Generic Trading Philadelphia with impeccable portfolio track records. Mr Xiong was fund manager Ganeston Capital and First Capital Investment, where he led the IPO business. Mr Xiong held HKSFO license and was Executive Director of Guangfa Holdings, Hengru Shanghai Asset Management Ltd (one of the earliest hedge funds in China).
